Discuss, decide and document your preferences along with up to 50 other people in your group or organization. Perfect for employee gatherings, faith communities, community events and more. Informational materials and fillable advance directives included. How it works: -Select a date & time and pay the $49 deposit -You’ll receive an email confirmation and invitation to a unique Zoom conference call (video is optional). We'll email fillable documents and worksheets shortly thereafter. Share the link and documents with your group before the conversation. -Call in at the appointed time. We’ll guide you through your preferences and decisions and help document them. A typical session lasts 45 minutes for structured discussion followed by Q&A and personalized assistance. -After our conversation, pay the balance of the fee. No special preparation needed. It’s that simple!
