Discuss, decide and document your preferences along with your family. At the end of this session each of you will have a complete and meaningful healthcare directive to share with your agent, doctor and others in your circle. Perfect for families who want to have the conversation and share their preferences together. How it works: -Select a date & time and pay only a $49 deposit -You’ll receive an email confirmation and invitation to a unique Zoom conference call (video is optional). Share the link with your family members to join your conversation. -Call in at the appointed time. We’ll talk through your preferences and document them. -After our conversation, pay the balance of the fee and we’ll send you your pre-populated documents to sign and share. No preparation needed. It’s that simple!
